Speedy is iconic, but everyone and their mother has one. Monaco is iconic in its own right, so I would pick that
Bruce, I think it damns the El Primero with faint praise to not point out that the El Primero was truly unique, the first integrated automatic chronograph movement. The Monaco, while horologically significant, was a modular movement. That is a real difference and achievement that should be recognized.
I own the speedmaster hesalite since a year now, but I’m not a fan of this Heuer sorry (specially with this bracelet). The 2 tag Heuer that I love (or loved because it could be vintage) are the camaro or the new tag Heuer 160 years silver edition, sorry 😐
The Speedmaster is a genuine icon, (rightly so) recognised by non watch people & WIS alike. The Tag is just a big square watch. No competition.
