I think you need to get both!
Thanks for the comparison. You took a tough choice and made it easy. I prefer the FOIS on almost every point except for maybe the lug size. But the sapphire, the darker dial, the pointed hands, everything else tilts FIOS for me.
Just picked up a bracelet for my fois, the 1564 /975 omega bracelet fits the fois perfectly, also uncle seiko does a beads of rice that looks great too, and is way cheaper. I searched for ages for an omega bracelet, so thought I would share with you guys incase anyone else is looking for one!!
I have the Moonwatch which I have had to put on a strap because I can’t go out to have links removed due to the virus. I was OK doing the strap myself but removing links is a job I don’t feel confident about. I bought a vintage-style brown strap and to be honest, I am happy with the look. If the day ever comes when I can go out and feel safe, I will have the bracelet shortened and put back on. This is my second Speedmaster, the other one is the triple date automatic and I love both watches.
