   Speedmaster “old” calibre 1861: Hesalite 14,26 mm …. Sapphire 13,45 mm
   Speedmaster new calibre 3861: Hesalite 13,58 mm …. Sapphire 13,18 mm
   Speedmaster Snoopy 50th new calibre 3861: 14,47 mm

   great improvement still a moon watch, personally I’m still waiting the 321, hope I will get it soon. Do you know if Omega will put this caliber in all speed master ?

   Compared to the Rolex Daytona the Moonwatch is the more charming alternative. Apart from the Daytona hype the only two advantages of the Rolex are the automatic movement and the 100m water resistance. Both features can be found in other Speedmasters, but unfortunately not in the moonwatch.

   Great, very detailed review! Thank you very much! I agree with you wholeheartedly on the clasp: Omega should have included a quick adjustment. In that case it would have been perfect. The explanation of the graduations on the dial was the most interesting and enlightening part for me personally. Again: Great review!

   I’m still not a fan of the Omega bracelet and think the Speedmaster looks best on a vintage style leather strap.

   Would of been perfect if it had 100 metres water resistance. Having said that the speedmaster which I bought in 2012 just can’t be beat, the hesalite crystal, the size, and looks are simply gorgeous

    Fantastic video showcasing the differences, and I’m not even halfway through the video yet. I’m really having a hard time deciding between the Hesalite and the Sapphire. I change my mind daily, but the last two days I’ve been favoring the Sapphire, despite the milky ring people complain about. I actually don’t mind it, and I think from photo/video that it makes the dial appear a little smaller due to the ring effect. This is good in my opinion because the Speedmaster is right on the edge of being too big for my wrist,
