You need one (1) 6807-2RS 35x47x7mm for the large bearing and six (6) 606ZZ 6x17x6mm for the small bearings.

Which material you used? This model works more than 24 hours?
I made my own project, but resource test was failed.
I printed all from pla, and flex gear always was cracked after 24 hours. In field of support belt between teeth and flange.
