Ridiculous looking lugs
looks alot like the non ceramic black bay chrono
The lug to lug is a little too big for the reviewers wrist, watch still looks good, but for sure would look more at home on on a bigger wrist.
This guy knows his stuff, I wasn’t aware of the Omega mixed-race coaxial compared to the pure blood 9300.
Do these retain their value over long periods (5 + years)?
Much prefer these to the moon watch but it’s very tall.
He literally thinks EVERY watch can be worn on a 14 to 14.5 cm wrist. The lug to lug combined with the thickness will look clownish on a wrist that small.
I love the look of the dial and the incredibly handy GMT like functionality but just can’t get over the case thickness. Get rid of the sapphire back and make it thinner Omega!
Careful if legibility is a concern: the high-polish hands go completely black when they reflect dark surfaces. This is particularly an issue with the sub-register hands. Whenever Omega offers these hands in a satin finish, sign me up! For now, I much prefer the white dial w/ blue hands.
Tried this at my local AD. Way to thick. It sits high above my wrist due to the thick movement and sapphire case back. It is so thick that the lugs sit quite above my wrist, making it look odd. I would take a thinner watch for half the power reserve or whatever is making this watch so thick. Otherwise beautiful watch.
