No disassembly and oiling of the mainspring?

Great video, congratulations. I have a technical question if you are kind enough to reply. I bought the new Speedmaster 3861 a month ago and the winding is fine but it’s hard to turn the crown. I tried other Speedmasters at the AD and most are smoother. I was told there is a tolerance range for the winding resistance. When almost wound the crown even turns backwards after each turn. First question: is this normal? Also, when I was at the Omega Boutique the watchmaker took the watch (he didn’t give notice, otherwise I’d have asked him not to) and applied silicone oil on the crown tube. He obviously did not open the watch. I don’t think the winding had anything to do with the crown/tube as it gets harder to wind when approaching a full wound. Second question: would the silicon oil find its way into the stem through the outside of the crown tube? Is there a rubber seal on the inside of the crown? Was this a harmless action or can it reach the movement? Thank you.
