(TAS) (GB) Tetris (Maxmium Score) in 10:07.923 (Edited version) Tetris,Gameboy,TAS,speedrun, bizhawk, emulator
A tool-assisted speedrun or tool-assisted superplay (TAS) is a set sequence of controller inputs used to perform a task in a video game. The input sequence is usually created by emulating the game and using tools such as slow motion, frame-by-frame advance, memory watch, and save states to create an extremely precise series of inputs.
To the poster of this video. Did you make sure the tas was holding down button when doing the Tetris – for points multiplier? Iirc if you did that it should have maxed score by level 18 if you Tetris ALLL the way. I did it on of Gameboy 23 years ago a few times. My post may still be on game FAQs way before this video. Discussing it with spectre (another Tetris video). I also questioned his video why the speed level didn’t changed after 20. Iirc after level 23 it became near impossible to survive single lines never mind Tetris. Thanks. UK version btw.
