[TAS] Wii Mega Man 9 “In-game time” in 18:09 by diggidoyo Mega Man 9 (Video Game),Video Game (Industry),Mega Man (Video Game Series),Wii (Video Game Platform)
A tool-assisted speedrun or tool-assisted superplay (TAS) is a set sequence of controller inputs used to perform a task in a video game. The input sequence is usually created by emulating the game and using tools such as slow motion, frame-by-frame advance, memory watch, and save states to create an extremely precise series of inputs.
The TAS is impressive… but the super excessive large weapon drops make this barely watchable. No way that large weapon energy capsules are dropped that often in the game. This has to be a modification as well.
Amazing, until I saw the tool assisted part. Let’s see a person do this speedrun.
The way to improve a Mega Man game is to take what you have and improve, add things, not take away sliding and charge shots cough* MEGA MAN 9
why so much MM2?
y u no slide bru
How About No Damage And Going Fast
26:02 how did you used the charged shot?
26:40 Why does the music suddenly get louder and the resolution grows slightly bigger?
you got so lucky 3:57
Uh, Mr. Doyo, I think I found an improvement. In Concrete Man’s stage, if you’d made the cannon at 5:46 drop T. Blow ammo, you might’ve been able to use it instead of Rush, around 6:27. I might be wrong, though.
