I agree with this nerf, though I feel -12 is a little harsh. But even like this I think its well balanced.

Are Jin’s combos bugged for someone too? I cant connect the last 2 anymore from ff3, b3, b3zen1, 4 ,b3 zen1 (2). I highlighted the last 2 because i miss it now in 90% of combos suddenly.
