Mastering any physical skill takes practice. Practice is the repetition of an action with the goal of improvement, and it helps us perform with more ease, speed, and confidence. But what does practice actually do to make us better at things? Annie Bosler and Don Greene explain how practice affects the inner workings of our brains.

So, you folks are suggesting that Facebook is responsible for the dumbing down of college snowflakes? May I suggest someone prepare a class action suit. That would be a lot of $$$$.
practice also requires good memory to remember the pattern and avoid committing the same mistakes. Watch this video on how to practice it https://ckk.ai/2oGg

It’s not enough to just train, you have to imagine yourself succeeding and imagine yourself doing what you couldn’t do this very moment, and believe in your abilities. Practicing your mental determination is more important than physical because you need purpose and a hard goal that will push you past your limit, again, and again. Even if you can do a backflip, the thought of feeling mentally weak will hinder your performance. Even in an unwinnable situation, you stand tall and fight for your goal, while imagining yourself doing it.
