Beginning around 1377, medieval England was shaken by a power struggle between two noble families, which spanned generations and involved a massive cast of characters, complex motives and shifting loyalties. Sound familiar? Alex Gendler illustrates how the historical conflict known as the Wars of the Roses served as the basis for much of the drama in Game of Thrones.

It doesn’t end there. Then there was the White Queen, the Spanish Princess and beheadings. Protestantism vs Catholicism vs Calvinism and more beheadings and war, war, war. A never ending story. Just ask the Irish.
Wor-rick not war-wick
Definitely a better ending than the TV📺show.
Aarrghh! Warwick is pronounced “worrick” – NOT “war – wick”!!!
Didnt know Danaerys was a lannister.
‘As far as we know medieval England was never invaded by ice zombies’ that all depends on how you define the Scottish.
I like how Game of Thrones notes pop up beside their real life counterparts
The duke of Warwick is Walder Frey, and George York is Roose Bolton.
So Daenerys should’ve won the throne and had Jon Snow by her side as consort (Dany is Henry Tudor and Jon is Elizabeth of York)…
nerd
i wish they ended Game of thrones also this way

Henry Tudor didn’t cross the English Channel, he came North via the Atlantic and landed his small band of troops in Wales 🏴 and collected more troops as he marched through Wales and western England before meeting Richard in battle
